A menu for a dinner held by the Government of Canada in honour of the Apollo 11 astronauts at the Chateau Laurier Hotel in Ottawa, December 2 1969, signed by Neil Armstrong and Michael Collins.

The menu is from the collection of a guest at the dinner who was a good friend of Canadian Governmental Minister, Jim Richardson and is accompanied by a letter of provenance detailing how the autographs were obtained. Including the comment: "I have since deeply regretted not obtaining the signature of 'Buzz' Aldrin. For some reason he was seated further down the long head table."
